How do keepsake orders work?
Choose and place your order first. After checkout, follow the instructions for getting your clothing or fabric to Liv & Loom. Your piece is then created using your sentimental fabric and shipped back to you or prepared for local pickup.
When does the turnaround time begin?
Keepsake turnaround is generally 2–3 weeks after your fabric is received.
What kinds of clothing can be used?
Baby clothes, pajamas, onesies, light blankets, loved-one clothing, and other suitable sentimental fabrics can often be used. If you are unsure whether a specific fabric will work, contact us before sending it.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup and fabric drop-off are available in Greenville, Wisconsin. Exact pickup and drop-off instructions are provided to customers rather than posted publicly.
Do you ship?
Yes. Liv & Loom ships within the United States.
Can I request something I do not see on the website?
