Processing Time
All items are made to order.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created before it ships.
Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for larger custom orders. If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, you will be contacted.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery times after processing:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is $6.50 for one item and is calculated based on weight for bulk orders
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Greenville, WI area.
Pickup details will be provided after checkout once your order is complete.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Liv & Loom Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Liv & Loom Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
We’re happy to assist with tracking information if needed.
